We are new to Sunrise Pest and are very pleased with their service. We had to be away from our home for many months and I was nervous about pests moving in while we were gone. But everything was perfect when we came back home thanks to the excellent care that was given by the Sunrise technicians!

We have used Sunrise for approximately two years now. They are very thorough and efficient. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. Especially Jeremy Trousdale because he explains everything and is extremely knowledgeable about the habits of the insects that we have trouble with.

For the most part Sunrise was fine, my questions were answered and they respected the property. I do feel as if Sunrise could be more helpful with the over all project. Sunrise showed me all the places around the house the needed to addressed but gave me no referrals...so after choosing Sunrise and paying for service I still need to look for someone to finish the project.

Friendly, prompt and thorough..

I was worried because of loud banging from maybe the roof. Thinking it might be rodents, I asked for a check under the hose and in the attic. Both checked out fine. Come to find out it was the septic pump banging on., so that is a separate issue. So glad William relieved my worry about rodents, even though that was not part of my quarterly service.
